MC Florist, formerly Memorial City Florist is located in Houston, Texas, but can arrange delivery around the world through our association with Teleflora. Memorial City Florist celebrated its 25th year in business in 2000. We currently have three generations of our family involved in our daily operations, so we are a local florist, truly family owned and operated. Owner, Renee Carpenter AAF TMFA, is a Texas Master Advanced Florist and Past President of the Allied Florists of Houston.

We are active members of the Allied Florists of Houston, the Texas State Florists Association and the Society of American Florists. We also maintain an associate membership with the Texas Dept. of Agriculture. Their Go Texan promotion assists many involved in Texas based agricultural programs.

We offer flower arrangements in traditional and contemporary styles using flowers grown all over the world. We are a full service flower shop owned and operated by real floral designers. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your floral needs.. .call us...a floral designer, not an operator, will answer the telephone and will be happy to assist you.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and major holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
